Gina Herrbach
Director, Research & Knowledge Management
Gina Herrbach is our Director of Research and Knowledge Management for MRSearch, LLC and is located in the Los Angeles area. Gina has been in the Executive Search industry for more than 15 years having worked with the team at NexGen Talent. She has worked with clients such as: Yahoo, Johnson & Johnson, Dey (a Mylan Company), Expedia, Alliance Healthcare, Allergan, PRN Physician and IngenioRX. She is well equipped in investigative research techniques and balancing the demands of multiple executive search projects. Gina is a master at investigative research work and is fluent on the latest Artificial Intelligence tools to help the team at MRSearch augment their existing research to identify new talent. When a search requires. that we expand our universe to find the unicorn, Gina is our “go to” person to find the proverbial “needle in the haystack” candidate with the combination of competencies and technical skills required to be successful in the role! Like Molly Robb, Gina grew up in Wisconsin, but she attended the University of Minnesota where she earned her bachelor's degree. In her spare time, she enjoys staying active, long walks and family time.
Lisa Cobb
Director, Operations
Lisa Cobb is our Director of Search Operations for MRSearch, LLC and is located in the Los Angeles area. Lisa has been in the Executive Search industry for more than 10 years having worked with the team at NeXgen Talent. She has worked with clients such as: Edwards Life Sciences, Dey (a Mylan Company), Expedia, Alliance Healthcare, Allergan, DaVita, PRN Physician and IngenioRX. Prior to Executive Search, Lisa spent her time in the airline and entertainment industries having worked for companies such as Rockwell Collins and Sony. She has functionally held a variety of roles from Operations Manager to Account Manager. Lisa is a master at juggling the calendars of both clients and candidates. When a client or candidate needs to know what is next in the search process, Lisa holds the reins and creates miracles. Having attended the University California Irvine’s Project Management program, Lisa is well equipped in balancing the demands of multiple executive search projects.

Molly A. Robb
Principal Owner
Molly A. Robb is the Principal Owner for MRSearch, LLC and is based out of Boston. For the past 25+ years, Molly has worked with Venture Capital and Private Equity firms in helping to place Board, CEO, C-Suite and Investment professionals into Life Sciences organizations that compete in Biopharmaceuticals, AI/ML, Medical Robotics, MedTech, Digital Health, Precision Medicine and TechBio. Molly services clients ranging from seed, early-stage, emerging growth and public companies, as well as Venture Capital and Private Equity funds that specialize in making investments into innovative Life Sciences companies. In the last year, Molly completed four CEO searches, a Chairman of the Board and several Chief Medical Officer/Heads of Development search projects for both public and private, venture-backed companies. Prior to starting her own search firm, Molly was a Managing Director with BioQuest (The Diversified Search Group) and Horton International. Prior to that, she was a Senior Associate with Heidrick and Struggles (Nasdaq: HSI) and Korn Ferry International (NYSE: KFY) placing Board, CEO and C-Suite executives. Molly is active in the healthcare ecosystem and has been an avid financial supporter to the Alzheimer's Drug Discovery Foundation (ADDF) a venture philanthropy organization founded by Leonard A. and Ronald S. Lauder and family. Molly is a frequent speaker and presenter on career management for Wharton's Healthcare Management Alumni Association (WHCMAA) and has presented on panels for: DeviceTalks, MedTech Collaborative, WIB, Boston Biotech Forum and conducted a webinar for the Biotech CEO Sisterhood. In addition to working with the Biotech CEO Sisterhood, Molly has championed Women’s Health companies by volunteering as a Business Mentor for C-Sweetener (HTH Foundation), a mentoring organization with a charter to prepare women leaders for the healthcare C-Suite. More recently, Molly has served as a Strategic Advisor to Invincible Vision, a patient-led, nonprofit organization focused on serving the Bietti's Crystalline Dystrophy (BCD) community, an ultra rare eye disease with a small global patient population. Molly obtained her B.A. degree in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Madison’s School of Journalism and Mass Communications.
Cindy Pallman-David
Managing Director
Cindy Pallman-David is a Managing Director who splits her time between New York and Boston. Cindy brings over 30 years’ experience in Executive Search, Professional Recruiting, Research, General Management and Consulting having worked for BioQuest (Diversified Search) and Horton International. She has held various leadership positions in retained Executive Search, Corporate Talent Acquisition and Talent Management and led the efforts to develop a new business line, having P&L ownership for an executive career management company. Cindy has expertise recruiting across the Healthcare and Life Sciences continuum, including successful assignments with venture-backed, early-stage, and high-growth private and public companies in the Biotechnology, Healthcare Services, Payor and Provider, Medical Device/Wearables, Diagnostic, Digital Health, and AI/ML and TechBio markets. Her broad functional experience includes positions at the Board, CEO and C-Suite for roles including: Board Members, CEO, CSO, CFO, CMO, CTO and Chief Quality and Regulatory Officers. With her deep experience and collaborative approach to recruitment and a significant background in talent management and assessment, Cindy has successfully engaged high caliber talent for clients such as: Zentalis, Respira Therapeutics, Atomwise, Aspen Neuro, Vertex Pharmaceuticals, STRM.Bio. and Intuitive Surgical. Cindy holds a B.A., in Political Science from Providence College. She is a member of Pi Sigma Alpha (National Political Science Honor Society) and is a former Chapter President and former National Board member of the International Association of Corporate and Professional Recruitment.
Cynthia Nelson

Cynthia Nelson is a Strategic Advisor to MRSearch, LLC on Human Resources searches and a provider of Executive Coaching and Onboarding services. Cynthia is currently a Founder of NeXgen Talent, her own executive coaching, onboarding and boutique executive search firm that works across industries and has a long history of placing senior-level HumanResources talent into top companies in the US. Prior to founding NeXgen Talent, Cynthia spent 11 years recruiting effective teams across multiple industries. Her executive search practice focuses on executive search across many industries including Technology, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Consumer Products, Life Sciences, Professional Services and Not-for-Profit. Cynthia has worked with Fortune 500 clients such as Corixa (Acquired by GSK), Amgen, DaVita, Johnson & Johnson, Edwards Life Sciences and Allergan as well as with early-stage start-up companies such as Apeel Sciences, Axcient, EarGo and Exult. Cynthia knows how to “read between the lines” to identify the right people based on her clients needs. Cynthia began her career in Human Resources in the Retail and Technology sectors with Sony, Associated Dry Goods and Dayton Hudson. Cynthia has a BA in History from the University California, Santa Barbara. She is conversational in Spanish, and in her spare time she enjoys golf, skiing, and hiking “fourteeners” with her husband Greg, and dog Bella.
